• You can request to exchange your item for an alternative size. Please tell us which size you need on your order/returns slip.
• You will be refunded for your initial order as soon as we receive your items(s) back.
• You have the right to return within 14 days of delivery

Items must be returned to us as we sent them out to you. With no stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments.

• We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such a cases, our policy is to return the goods back to the given shipping address.
• You will be refunded based on the cost of the product (we do not refund your shipping charge).
• Any faults or quality issues must be sent to orders@frootco.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Any complaints after this time will not qualify.
• Please ensure that you include the packing slip from your purchase inside your returned parcel.
• Allow 5 working days, once garments have been quality checked and confirmed as meeting our return requirements.
• Refunds will be processed within 1-4 working days after this point.
• Refunds take up to 14 working days to go back into your account and can only be refunded to the card used to make the purchase online.
